If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno (SABG), the authority now responsible for private-sector data protection in Mexico following the dissolution of INAI.

7. Security measures

We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data processed, to protect it against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access or use.
